Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PhotoCheese. They’re written to be readable — but they’re still the agreement between you and us, so it’s worth a look.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or contributing to a gallery, you agree to these terms. If you’re using PhotoCheese on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept them for that organization.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity in galleries you create. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Your content stays yours

You and your guests own the photos you upload. You grant PhotoCheese only the limited license needed to store, display, and deliver that content back to you and the people you share it with. We never use your photos to train models or for advertising.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload content that’s illegal, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t use galleries to harass others or distribute harmful or abusive material.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans & billing

PhotoCheese is free for events up to 100 uploads. Paid packages are a one-time charge per event that unlock larger galleries, longer storage, and extra features — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Cancellation & termination

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, and we’ll give you a chance to export your photos except in cases of serious abuse.

Disclaimers & liability

PhotoCheese is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
