Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with PhotoCheese. If a package didn’t work out, getting your money back is simple.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Refund PhotoCheese. Let us know which gallery the purchase was for, and we’ll take care of it.
The 30-day window
You can request a refund within 30 days of your payment. After 30 days have passed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
Partial refunds
If your gallery already had significant usage — for example a large number of uploads or a lot of guest activity — we may issue a partial refund that reflects how much of the package was used.
What to include
- The email address on your PhotoCheese account.
- The name or link of the gallery you paid for.
- A short note on why you’d like a refund — it helps us improve, but it’s never required.
When you’ll get it back
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the return.
