The terms, kept simple.
How it works
You share a unique referral link. When someone clicks it and later signs up and pays for PhotoCheese, we credit you a commission. There’s no cost to join and nothing to install — just recommend something you’d be happy to use yourself.
Commission
You earn up to 30% of every payment made by customers you refer — not only their first purchase. There are no caps or quotas on how much you can earn or how many people you can refer.
The 60-day referral window
Your referral is tracked with a cookie that lasts 60 days from the moment someone clicks your link. If they purchase any time within those 60 days, the referral is attributed to you. Referrals are credited on a last-click basis: if a customer later clicks another affiliate’s link, the most recent link wins.
When commissions become payable
Because customers can request a refund, each commission is held before it can be paid out. A commission becomes available 60 days after we charge the customer, once the refund window has safely passed. If the underlying payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is reversed and will not be paid.
Once commissions have cleared, we arrange payout to you. You are responsible for any taxes due on the commissions you earn.
Program rules
To keep the program fair and protect the PhotoCheese brand, all affiliates must follow these rules:
- No bidding on our keywords. You may not run paid search or other paid ads that bid on “PhotoCheese”, our brand name, common misspellings of it, or any variation that includes it. Direct linking to our site from paid ads is not allowed.
- No self-referrals. You may not use your own link to buy for yourself, your own account, or anyone acting on your behalf to generate commissions.
- No misleading or false claims. Don’t misrepresent PhotoCheese, its features, its pricing, or your relationship with us. Never imply you are PhotoCheese or speak on our behalf.
- Disclose the relationship. Where required, clearly disclose that your links are affiliate links, in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules (for example FTC-style disclosures).
- No spam. No unsolicited email, SMS, comment spam, or posting your link where it isn’t welcome. All email promotion must comply with anti-spam laws.
- No cookie stuffing or forced clicks. Don’t use pop-unders, hidden iframes, auto-clicks, or any technique that sets the referral cookie without a genuine, intentional click.
- No brand domains or impersonation. You may not register domains, social accounts, or app names containing “PhotoCheese” or confusingly similar terms, and you may not use our logo or assets except as we permit.
- No unauthorized coupons or discounts. Don’t advertise discount or coupon codes we haven’t issued, and don’t promote PhotoCheese on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our written approval.
- Lawful, suitable content. Don’t promote PhotoCheese on sites or in content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise damaging to our reputation.
Eligibility & approval
Every applicant is reviewed before being accepted. We may approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at our discretion, and we may withhold or reverse commissions linked to a breach of these rules or to fraudulent activity.
Changes to the program
We may update these terms or the commission structure over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

- Your audience — who they are and roughly how many people you reach.
- Your distribution method — how you’d share PhotoCheese (blog, newsletter, social, YouTube, client work, and so on).
- Any other relevant facts that help us understand your fit for the program.
