Images are optimized in the browser before upload, to a maximum of 2560 pixels on either side at 82% quality. Videos are not recompressed by this image step. Pro and Expert can download all stored files together in a ZIP.
Two separate clocks
How the limits work.
Both periods begin on the event date you enter. The upload period says how long guests can add new files. Storage says how long the gallery remains available.

An upload means one individual photo or video. It is never a guest limit: ten guests can contribute ten files each, or one guest can contribute all 100 on Free.

Which plan should I choose?
Estimate photos and videos, then leave room for the people who contribute more than expected. These are examples, not guarantees.
EXAMPLE 01
30 guests, three uploads each
That is about 90 uploads, so it fits within Free’s 100-upload limit.
EXAMPLE 02
30 guests, five uploads each
That is about 150 uploads. Pro has room for 500 and is the usual fit for a wedding or larger celebration.
EXAMPLE 03
Moderated or high-volume event
Expert removes the upload cap and is the only plan that lets you approve guest uploads before they appear.

After you choose
Upgrades, downloads, and refunds.
Upgrade the active gallery
If Pro reaches 500 uploads, new uploads stop while the existing files stay in place. Move to Expert and pay the $50 difference.
You can also upgrade after the event while the gallery is still available. The original event date still controls both deadlines; upgrading does not restart the clock or recover permanently deleted media.
Download before expiry
Pro and Expert include a ZIP download of all stored photos and videos. Download it before the gallery’s storage period ends; expiry reminders are sent ahead of time.
Ask within 30 days
Request a refund within 30 days of payment. If the gallery already had significant uploads or guest activity, the refund may be partial to reflect how much of the package was used.

Pro is the usual wedding choice: it allows 500 photo or video uploads, keeps uploads open for 30 days, stores the gallery for 90 days, and includes a ZIP of all stored files. Free can cover a small wedding with fewer than 100 uploads. Choose Expert when you expect more than 500 uploads, need a full year of storage, or want to approve guest uploads before they appear.
